A Message from Alan

I would like to announce my intention of standing down as Chairman at the end of the 2011 season.

Since the turn of the year I have thought about this decision long and hard and after 12 years of seeing our playing position drop gradually to our current standing of Stroud Lge Div 1, I feel the time is right to stand down and make way for someone else in what hopefully will be a new and successful era for our club.

I will give Andy Ward my full support throughout the season and by making my decision public now, it will allow plenty of time to find a new chairman by the time the AGM comes round in Nov.
