Player Ban Notification

As a result of a disciplinary meeting held to investigate reported incidents in the recent Leonard Stanley v Stroud III game the following was decided

B.J.Fry of Leonard Stanley CC is banned for one played game with the right of appeal of up to 7 days. With no appeal this will be either the 20th/27th August providing the weather does not get in the way and the options we have given him. He was found to have contravened the Spirit of Cricket.
Leonard Stanley CC and Stroud III were given a suspended 10 point deduction to run to the end of the 2012 season. This is because the Committee believe both Captains did not control their players properly during the game between the two teams on the 23rd July 2011.
